We encourage all dancers to take pride in their presentation and come to class in the correct attire with slick hair. Wearing the required dance attire ensures that the body is being held correctly, therefore allowing teachers to make safe and precise corrections. It shows respect to the teacher and to the art of dance. It demonstrates that the dancer is focused on the style of that class and cares about their presentation. Having hair back off of the face ensures safe training and assists in proper technique.
