steps to complete before registration
Thank you for your interest in our Competitive Dance Program.
Dancers wishing to join this program must first complete our Audition process. There are 3 ways to audition for Strive Dance Academy Competitive Program:

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW:
Dancer’s in the competitive program will be required to participate in all of our core disciplines; Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Stretch/Strength. Support can be provided to dancers with less experience in a certain genre.
Competitive Dancers participate in 4 Competitions per year as well as a Year-End Show and 1 large fundraising event/gala. Attendance is mandatory.
Strive Dance Academy is a Parent ran, a non-profit organization, this means guardians of competitive dancers will have a volunteer requirement. (More information will be provided during the audition process)
Dancer’s provided with a placement recommendation to the SDA Competitive Program will be required to pay a non-refundable $250+GST initial Membership fee within 10 business days. The renewal for this fee is $75+GST per season.
Once the payment of your membership fee is complete, you will be required to arrange payment for the remaining tuition. Payment plans are available.
